At Thrive Transitional Services, our work is rooted in a deep commitment to expanding access to safe, stable housing for individuals experiencing homelessness in Charlotte. Thrive Transitional Services was created in response to a growing need for safe, reliable housing options for individuals experiencing housing instability in Charlotte—particularly veterans and single adult women navigating periods of transition. As housing costs rise and options become more limited, too many people find themselves caught between emergency shelter and permanent housing, with few structured alternatives in between. Thrive focuses on delivering housing-first solutions that are clear in scope, professionally operated, and designed to complement—rather than duplicate—the work of agencies, hospitals, and community partners.​Thrive exists to be part of the solution—offering dependable housing during life’s in-between moments and helping build pathways toward long-term stability.

Thrive Transitional Services, LLC provides structured transitional housing for veterans and single adult women in Charlotte, North Carolina, offering shared residential placements for short- to mid-term stays of up to twelve months; Thrive serves solely as the housing provider, with case management and supportive services delivered by referring agencies or external partners, and all placements subject to eligibility review, funding authorization when applicable, and housing availability.
